Ampcontrol are seeking a proactive, forward thinking Electrical Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

What you will do:

n

Due to Ampcontrol's continued success and growth, we are expanding our team therefore seeking a proactive Electrical Project Coordinator who thrives off being organised and has pronounced planning, scheduling, and estimating skills!

n

Based in Mackay, this role is a full-time chance reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager playing a key role within our Project Delivery Team.

n

You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all technical and project related activities, specifically:

n

n
- Project execution, planning and coordination of HV electrical switchgear
n
- Review customer project scope and estimating
n
- Scheduling
n
- Procurement of estimated materials
n
- Subcontractor management – paint / heavy manufacturing
n
- Monitor and control project costs
n
- Liaise with customers/clients and external companies as required
n
- Customer updates and reporting
n
- Coordinate,



attend and when required chair project kick off or progress review meetings
n
- Understanding of design process
n
- Establish and maintain positive client relations to ensure customer satisfaction and continued forward forecast of repeat work
n
- Commitment to health and safety and delivering high quality product for the end user
n

- Sound computer skills

- Competent in MS Office applications including Microsoft Project

- Electrical Trade Certificate (desirable)
