NeuroTribes Australia is looking for a male or female Support Worker, preferably based in or near Greenbank.

Our participant is a homebody, so we're looking for someone patient, friendly and supportive who can gradually encourage him to get out and engage in the community.

Support includes:

- Grocery shopping and community access
n
- Transport to appointments and activities
n
- Medication reminders
n
- Encouraging community participation
n

- Friendly and patient

- Confident supporting participants in the community

Essential Requirements:

- Australian Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Comprehensive car insurance
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
n
- Current First Aid and CPR
n
- Blue Card and Yellow Card
n
