Contracts & Project Administration Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract and Project Administration Team Leader to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality contract and project administration services within our Facilities Management business.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will lead a team of Contract Administrators, ensuring customer and contractual requirements are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with business objectives. About the Role

As the Contract and Project Administration Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, performance, and development of the Contract Administration team. You will be responsible for coordinating customer requests, contract obligations, project activities, and ad hoc works while ensuring exceptional customer service and commercially sustainable outcomes.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, General Manager, operational teams, and support functions, you will ensure all administrative and project activities are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, business processes, and compliance requirements.

A key aspect of this role is fostering a positive and high-performing team culture, supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of employees, including people with disability, within targeted administration roles.

What Will Make You Successful? Skills & Experience

- Experience within Facilities Management, maintenance services, or contract-based service delivery environments.
- Proven experience balancing customer expectations, operational priorities, and commercial outcomes.




- Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing and inclusive teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract performance measures, customer obligations, and service delivery standards.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Administration, Contract Administration, Facilities Management, Leadership, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Experience in contract administration, commercial administration, facilities management, or a similar service delivery environment.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating workloads, customer requests, work orders, or service delivery activities.
- Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a team within an operational or customer-focused environment.
- Experience maintaining records, producing reports, and supporting operational or commercial processes.
- Strong capability using business systems and customer reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Facilities Management systems and software, including Urbanise.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience preparing quotations, costings, contract variations, or tender submissions.
