Are you an experienced Early Childhood Teacher looking for a role where you can take greater ownership of curriculum, programming and educational practice?
anzuk Education is working confidentially with an established early learning service in South-West Sydney seeking an experienced ECT to join its leadership team.
This is a hands-on position combining leadership within the preschool programme with broader Educational Leader responsibilities across the service.
You'll have dedicated non-contact time each week to focus on educational leadership, alongside flexibility around working hours and the potential for set shifts and earlier finishes.

About you
We're looking for an experienced Early Childhood Teacher who can confidently lead practice while building positive relationships with children,
families and educators.
You'll need:
- Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Current NESA accreditation
- Ideally at least two years' Room Leader experience
- Educational Leader experience would be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Confidence mentoring and supporting educators
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Please note that Graduate Diploma qualifications aren't being considered for this particular position.
