Deans Property is a boutique real estate agency located in Sydney's city fringe, specialising in commercial and residential sales, leasing and property management.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Agency Administrator to join our close-knit team.

n

This is a varied role where you'll support the day-to-day operations of the agency across Property Management, Leasing, Sales, Marketing and CRM Management.

n

About the role

n

This is a varied role where you'll support the day-to-day operations of the agency across Property Management, Leasing, Sales, Marketing and CRM Management.
n You will be required to be in the office for day to day business activities.
n To be eligible for this role, applicants must be an Australian Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Administration support across Property Management, Leasing and Sales
n
- Prepare leases, agency agreements and property documentation
n
- Set up and maintain property, owner, tenant and client records
n
- Manage and maintain our CRM and databases
n
- Assist with Monday.com, including boards, workflows, tasks and automations
n
- Upload and maintain property listings
n
- Coordinate photography, floorplans and marketing campaigns
n
- Assist with lease renewals, rent reviews and key dates
n
- Coordinate maintenance,



contractors and quotations
n
- Maintain compliance records and property documentation
n

About you

n

n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
- Experience with CRM systems – Monday.com knowledge is highly desirable
n
- Confident with technology and learning new systems
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Proactive, positive and willing to take ownership
n
- Able to prioritise and follow tasks through to completion
n
