Experienced Scheduler- Community Care (Employee Liaison)

Our client, an innovative and growing local community care provider, has entrusted us with the search for a new Scheduler

n

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced workforce professional who is passionate about supporting people, solving problems, and building strong relationships with frontline employees.

n

As the primary point of contact for employees, you will play a key role in workforce coordination, rostering, onboarding support, employee engagement, timesheet management, and workforce administration.

n

Success in this position requires patience, empathy, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while finding practical solutions to daily workforce challenges.

n

Recent experience in scheduling and rostering within a community care setting is essential. This role will suit someone who understands the complexity of rostering while ensuring continuity of care and a positive employee experience.

- Conveniently located within walking distance of a train station
n
- Hybrid working arrangement of 2 days WFH, following successful completion of an agreed onboarding and training period
n
- Paid on-call component, approximately one weekend in four
