Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a Support Coordinator to empower participants in decision making, manage funding and service agreements, and connect them with community resources. Based across North Parramatta, Leichhardt or Campbelltown, you’ll work 38 hours per week in a hybrid pattern with two days remote.
The role requires a Diploma or higher in disability or related fields, solid NDIS knowledge, and solid report-writing skills.
