About Us

We are a holistic Allied Health clinic, with three locations – Burpengary, Kallangur and Zillmere. Our clinics are led by one very passionate Director and an amazing, dedicated team of therapists, offering a range of disciplines.

We are on a mission to find a full-time superstar Allied Health Administration Officer for our Zillmere clinic.

The Role

The Allied Health Administration Officer will be the clinic's welcoming face, responsible for establishing relationships with our clients and their families and to assist the established admin team with the day-to-day operations of the clinic, so that we are delivering the best service for our families.

You will need to be a team player with a hands-on approach, undertaking a variety of tasks from scheduling, tending to client enquiries, diary management, light cleaning duties and be an office all-rounder for our amazing Zillmere team – ready to jump into the next adventure at any stage.

This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who enjoys variety in their work, seeks a challenge,



and wants to help nurture our clinic, to reap the rewards of shared success.

What You Bring to the Table

- Previous administration experience *in allied health is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
- A positive, self-motivated attitude with the drive to succeed
- Exceptional communication skills, with a professional phone manner and a high degree of empathy towards clients and staff
- Sound judgement when handling sensitive and confidential information
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy team
- A thorough attention to detail, a strong sense of organisation, and willing to show initiative
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning practice management systems
- An openness to learning and taking advice from the rest of the team to implement the best ideas
- Flexibility to multitask and eagerness to learn quickly
- MUST love children and dogs
