Zenith Hospitality Staffing Solutions was established in 1996 with offices in Brisbane and on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts.

We employ a team of Chefs, Food and Beverage Service Staff, Kitchen Hands, and Housekeeping staff, whom we place on casual assignments with our clients.

Zenith clients throughout Queensland include hotels, clubs, restaurants, sports stadiums, event companies, pubs, schools, hospitals, resorts, and caterers.

We are currently seeking a Staffing Manager based in our Brisbane office to recruit, maintain and manage our Food and Beverage Service Staff Team.

Specifically, this role includes the following:

RECRUITMENT: Advertising, screening, interviewing, testing and inducting of new staff.

STAFF MANAGEMENT: Organisation of, and delegation of work to our casual team. Meeting client staffing requirements through the successful selection of staff for clients. On-site team check-ins, staff supervision, staff training and rostering.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT/PR: developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, meeting with clients to ascertain staff requirements,



and hosting client entertainment.

Our role will require flexible working hours as some weekend and after-hours staff check‑ins will be required. We generally work from home 2 days a week, depending on business needs.

Successful candidates for this role will have supervisory and/or management experience in food and beverage (front‑of‑house) operations at 4-5‑star hotels, quality restaurants, or function venues, with exposure to recruitment and training.

Strong administrative and multitasking skills are essential.
