Numbers tell stories. As Senior Manager, Finance, you'll turn financial insight into informed decision-making, leading budgeting, forecasting, governance, compliance and reporting across VicScreen. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and Director, Enterprise Governance, you'll work closely with the Executive Team to help shape the organisation's future and support a thriving Victorian screen industry.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

No two days are the same. From leading budgeting and forecasting activities to overseeing compliance, procurement and audit requirements, you'll play a key role in ensuring the organisation operates effectively and efficiently. Partnering with leaders across VicScreen, you'll provide insights, solve complex challenges and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, while leading and developing a talented team of two.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

What does success look like? You're a finance leader who combines strategic thinking, sound judgement and a collaborative approach. You know how to turn insight into action, build trusted relationships and help teams deliver great outcomes.

You'll also bring:

- Financial Leadership: You're a commercially savvy and people-focused finance leader who thrives on turning numbers into meaningful strategic insight. With experience leading finance functions, managing governance and compliance obligations, and partnering with senior stakeholders, you'll bring solid analytical thinking, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.
- Governance & Compliance: You have a strong understanding of financial governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.



Experienced in navigating complex legislative and reporting requirements, you ensure robust controls, sound decision-making and accountability across all aspects of financial management.
- Professionally qualified: Degree qualified in Accounting/Commerce and full membership with a professional accounting body (CPA/CA/CIMA).
- Energy: Your unfakeable enthusiasm for all things screen drives you to deliver quality client services - day-in, day-out.
