Our client is seeking an experienced WHS Case Manager to join their People, Capability and Engagement team in Canberra. This opportunity will see you play a key role in managing workplace health and safety, injury management and rehabilitation cases while supporting a culture of safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Working closely with employees, managers, rehabilitation providers and external stakeholders, you will help deliver positive return-to-work outcomes and contribute to the wellbeing of a diverse workforce.

The Opportunity

As the APS6 WHS Case Manager, you will:

- Manage work health and safety, injury management and rehabilitation matters.
- Coordinate return-to-work programs and rehabilitation plans.
- Provide specialist WHS and wellbeing advice to employees and managers.
- Support the delivery of workplace wellbeing and safety initiatives.
- Conduct incident reporting, investigations and workplace risk assessments.
- Contribute to WHS governance, reporting and compliance activities.
- Liaise with health practitioners, rehabilitation providers,



Comcare and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workplace safety outcomes.

About You

- Experience in work health and safety, injury management, rehabilitation, return-to-work or a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.
- Sound judgement and the ability to deliver practical, risk-based advice.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A commitment to high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419).

Highly Regarded

- Knowledge of the Comcare framework.
- Experience in rehabilitation case management.
- Exposure to workplace wellbeing programs and initiatives.
