Windermere Child & Family Services seeks an Aboriginal Engagement Worker to support Aboriginal victims of crime with information, culturally protected services and localised supports. The role emphasizes collaboration with ACCOs to reduce systemic barriers and promote engagement in the criminal justice system.

Co-located with ACCOs for at least one day weekly, the AEW will be supervised by a Team Leader and contribute to ongoing program improvement within the VAP.
