Job Description
Canberra CompuTracts Pty is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide frontline ICT support to staff in Canberra and overseas. You will respond to helpdesk requests, troubleshoot routine issues, and maintain ICT service and asset records.

Working within the Business Systems Unit, you will support deployment of ICT equipment and contribute to cyber security controls, patching, access management and continuous improvement.
