Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days onsite

CloudMarc is a technology consultancy specialising in Quality Engineering, Development and Cloud Services. We partner with major enterprise organisations across Australia to deliver complex transformation and technology programs.

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong SAP testing experience, particularly across SAP S/4HANA and CAR, to lead testing across a large enterprise environment.

You will take ownership of test planning, coordination and delivery across SAP and integrated systems, working closely with business, technology and delivery stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end testing across SAP S/4HANA, CAR and connected platforms
- Develop and manage test strategies, plans, schedules and execution
- Coordinate functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing
- Manage defects, risks, dependencies and test reporting
- Work closely with SAP functional teams, developers, business SMEs and project leadership
- Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream integrations
- Support SIT, UAT and release readiness activities




- Provide clear test status reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ensure test coverage aligns to business processes and transformation objectives
- Drive quality standards and continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience as a Test Lead / Senior Test Lead
- Hands-on experience testing SAP S/4HANA
- Strong exposure to SAP CAR
- Experience across broader SAP modules and integrated enterprise environments
- Strong system integration, regression and end-to-end testing experience
- Experience managing testing across complex transformation programs
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with business SMEs, SAP teams and delivery leadership
- Comfortable working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Melbourne based and able to attend the office 3 days per week

This role would suit someone who combines strong SAP testing knowledge with practical test leadership and stakeholder management.
