About the Role

Our client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support their team in Queenstown . In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of positions. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants to build candidate pipelines and ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants. This hybrid role allows for flexibility, combining essential time in the Queenstown office with the possibility of remote work, supporting our client's commitment to efficient and effective recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct extensive candidate searches using various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and databases.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephone screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure accurate record-keeping within the ATS.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand their sourcing needs and candidate requirements.




- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the early stages of the recruitment process.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles.

Requirements

- Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using online search tools and social media platforms for research.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, splitting time between office and remote tasks.
- A proactive approach and a keen interest in the recruitment industry.
