In this customer-focused position, you will be warmly welcoming patients to our practice and ensuring their journey is one that meets the high level of service that we are known to provide.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting patients throughout their practice journey
- Assisting patients with frame and lens selection
- Handling orders, stock and administrative tasks
- Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks
- Working closely with our experienced optometrists and team members

About you

- A warm, friendly and approachable personality
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Availability includes Thursday evenings until 7pm and Saturdays 8.30-1.00pm
- Enjoys helping people and building genuine relationshipsHas an interest in fashion and eyewear
- Works well as part of a team




- Is organised, reliable and motivated to learn
- Optical dispensing experience is highly regarded, but we are open and excited to train the right person who brings enthusiasm, customer service skills and a positive attitude
