You will follow care plans, assist with medication supervision, and communicate with families and health professionals to ensure high quality care.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Aged or Community Care and a current First Aid Certificate, plus a valid Australian driver’s licence and insurance. Weekend work is required.
