Thorndale Foundation in the Nepean region is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to help participants live independently in their community. You will assist with daily tasks, transport, meal prep, and skill development in a caring setting.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent, plus a NSW Drivers Licence, First Aid, and NDIS Worker Screening. On-the-job training is provided, and you will join a not-for-profit team dedicated to advocacy
