BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel Line Garage Doors is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Customer Service Administrator on a full time basis working out of the Sydney Branch.

- High level of Customer Service skills

- High level of Data Entry Accuracy
n
- Excellent presentation and telephone manner
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Proven ability to work without supervision, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills and effective management of changing workloads.
n
- Capabilityto work in a high paced busy environment.
n
- Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.
n
- Full training is provided.

Duties

n

n
- Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy,



clarity and confidentiality.
n
- Liaising with builders & homeowners with service enquires
n
- Assist with document and work flow, to ensure accuracy and efficiency for customers
n
- Contacting customers for payment including follow up payments.
n
- Ensure that all Data entry is done with a high level of accuracy.
n
- Ensure the proper filing of documents.
n
- Where requested by management, participate in meetings, and take down relevant notes during the process.
n
- Be aware and adhere closely to the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the organisation and familiarise yourself with internal Computer systems.
