Join us in this full-time permanent Sales Consultant role within the Maxxia team at MMS. **Here's how you will make a difference in this role...**You are a sales professional who succeeds in a phone-based role. You may have sales experience in another industry. We have a excellent 4-week training program to help you get up to speed with all that you will need to know about novated leasing. You want a good base salary plus a bonus structure with uncapped commissions in an environment that supports your career progression.

You want a corporate sales role which challenges you to succeed and rewards you for doing so. This phone-based role is located in the heart of Melbourne (CBD) (2 days) and your home (3 days. For the first 3 months while you are training it will be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. You will work with our direct novated lease customers, assisting them throughout the end-to-end sales cycle. **At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:** Supported by a centralised and integrated (database) CRM you will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs),
