About This Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced commercial leader to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in the continued growth of our Advisory and Commercial business.
You'll inherit an active portfolio of clients and ongoing opportunities, providing a strong platform to build relationships, win new work, and deliver exceptional outcomes from day one.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity where you'll combine client engagement, business development, project delivery, and team leadership while helping shape the future growth of our Queensland business.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow and strengthen an established client portfolio while identifying new opportunities across the Queensland market.
- Lead business development activities, including client engagement, proposals, tenders,



and strategic pursuits.
- Provide trusted commercial and strategic advice to clients across major infrastructure and building projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing professionals while fostering a robust team culture.
- Drive project performance, profitability, and operational excellence across your portfolio.

A little more about you…

- Proven experience in a senior commercial, project controls, advisory, cost consultancy, or infrastructure leadership role.
- Strong track record of winning work, managing key client relationships, and delivering successful projects.
- Experience within consultancy, infrastructure, engineering, project management, or advisory environments.
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Well-connected in the Queensland market with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
