Job Title: Casual Weighbridge Customer Service Officer
Location: New South Wales, Epping
Employment Type: Casual, Permanent, Full-Time, Part-Time, Flexible
Hours: 7.8 hours per week (casual shift), Monday to Friday 3pm–8:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:30am–6pm, week‑ending flex (Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday)
Salary: $60,400 per annum (Full‑Time) + Superannuation | $32.59–$39.92 per hour (Casual) + 12% superannuation | Weekly $480 (full‑time) | $1080 (for weekend penalty rates)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a welcoming, professional experience at the front desk, by telephone, and in support of programmes and memberships.
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the centre.
- Respond to enquiries (memberships, programmes, bookings).
- Process payments using EFTPOS and POS systems.
- Support membership sales and tours.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues.
- Manage phone calls and bookings.
- Complete cash handling and end‑of‑day balancing.
- Keep reception and centre areas clean and organised.
- Work collaboratively with the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience.
- Previous B2B customer‑service experience desirable.
- Experience using SAP and intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and customer‑focused approach.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns diplomatically and effectively.
- Patience and professionalism when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- High attention to detail, particularly in order processing, pricing reviews, documentation, and enquiry resolution.
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time‑management skills.
- Right to work in Australia.
