NAB is seeking an Associate Director to lead validation of credit risk models within the Risk Frameworks, Execution and Models Team in Australia. You will shape the model risk validation approach, ensuring robust assessment across IRB and IFRS9, while protecting customers.

You will partner with model owners, oversee lifecycle validation, and provide credible challenge to align findings with risk appetite and capital outcomes. The role requires robust coding, communication and strategic thinking.
