The District Nurses (TDN) is a Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation delivering in-home support for clients across the Eastern Shore and surrounding suburbs. This role offers the chance to work closely with the community you live in and make a real difference close to home.

We are seeking a Community Support Worker who will provide personal care, companionship, errands, and light household tasks to help clients live independently at home, with versatile local travel and office-based training
