Ternary Consulting is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join their team as Trainee Community Support Workers across the Greater Sydney region. This 12–15 month paid traineeship combines hands-on home-based care with formal training to achieve a Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021) - Aged Care.
Trainees will gain real experience supporting aged care clients at home while attending training days. Positions are available in Inner North, Northern Beaches and St George.
