Seafood Chef - Fish & Chips

Location: Southport
Employment Type: Casual prospect (25 hours)

About the Role

This is not your average fish and chip shop. We are a Premium Seafood Experience , combining traditional favourites with high-quality ingredients and professional kitchen standards.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing and cooking fish and chip menu items to a high standard
- Working with fresh, premium seafood daily
- Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation
- Managing fryer operations and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Supporting kitchen organisation, cleanliness, and stock rotation
- Working efficiently during busy service periods

What We’re Looking For





- Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in cooking fresh seafood , fish & chips, working in a high-volume fry station .
- Ability to work quickly and consistently under pressure
- A team-focused attitude with strong work ethic
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliability and pride in producing quality food
