About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead their front office team at their property in Queenstown . You will be responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes, and providing outstanding guest service. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. You will be a key point of contact for guests, resolving issues and ensuring a positive first and last impression.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.




- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk area.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Supervisor in the hospitality industry .
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment in Queenstown .
