As a Chiropractic Assistant you are the right hand of the Chiropractor. He/she relies on your patient management skills to ensure smooth patient flow in and out of the clinic. Your major tasks include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the clinic ambiance
- Facilitating effective communication with patients and chiropractors
- Stimulate growth of the practice
- Contributing to the development of the team
- You must be available to work outside of school hours and occasionally on Saturday morning
- Empathise and support mothers and children in our predominately pregnancy and pediatric office
If you are the right person for this position you will find it easy to:
- Interact and communicate effectively in a team environment and build and maintain qualified relationships with patients
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy environment performing tasks with minimal supervision
- Show attention to detail and be well presented
- Display a high level of energy, motivation and kindness
- Learn and follow procedures and protocols
- Demonstrate computer skills in the use of MS office products and Microsoft Outlook
- Display an understanding of Chiropractic care

We are looking for someone to work 2 days per week plus 1 Saturday morning per month. (There is flexibility around the days)
