Warm Embrace Support Services is looking for a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our growing team across North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay region.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting people to build independence, achieve their goals and get out into the community.
The role may include:
- Community access and social participation
- Assistance with daily living and routines
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation and basic household assistance
- Building independence and life skills
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting participants to work towards their NDIS goals
What we’re looking for:
- Female Support Worker
- Reliable and professional
- Friendly, patient and person-centred
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to communicate effectively with participants, families and the WESS team
- Willing to travel throughout North Brisbane/Moreton Bay
- Adaptable availability is highly regarded
Requirements:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Blue Card where required
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Relevant NDIS mandatory training/checks
- Right to work in Australia
