Salary Package: Competitive Salary + Kiwisaver + $5K Sign on Bonus + Quarterly Bonus

About the role:

As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.

You’ll be working across two Specsavers Audiology locations in Pukekohe and Thames, bringing variety to your week while making a real difference to the local communities.

Join an experienced Store Partner and dedicated retail team in this Part-Time, 3-day-per-week role, designed to offer flexibility and a great work-life balance.

The preferred roster is Thursday to Saturday, with Saturday availability highly regarded, although there is flexibility for the right candidate.

You’ll also enjoy a $5K sign-on bonus, competitive salary and quarterly bonus,, recognising your contribution and rewarding your hard work and commitment to the team.

Skills & Experience

In addition to your Certificate of Clinical Competency, number, the successful candidate will possess;

- Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids
- Robust administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
