Seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst with strong P&C; Insurance Claims expertise and experience across ClaimCenter implementation, enhancement, upgrade or support projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business/functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and create user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze claims processes and identify improvement/automation opportunities.
- Work with Guidewire developers, architects, QA and product owners.
- Support Claim Lifecycle, FNOL, Exposure, Reserves, Assignment, Activities, Work Plans, Payments, Recoveries, Subrogation, Litigation & Contact Management.
- Analyze integration requirements with Guidewire and third-party systems.
- Support UAT, defect triage and business sign-off.
- Perform gap/impact analysis and maintain BRDs, process maps,



data mappings and test scenarios.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate onshore/offshore teams.

Required Skills

- Strong Guidewire ClaimCenter experience; 2+ years preferred.
- Robust P&C; Claims knowledge across Personal & Commercial Lines.
- Experience with claims adjudication, settlement, recovery/subrogation, litigation and compliance.
- Strong BA skills: requirements, process modelling, user stories and stakeholder management.
- SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Understanding of PolicyCenter & BillingCenter integrations.
- Guidewire Cloud experience is an advantage.

Guidewire ACE Certification – ClaimCenter BA or related stream highly preferred.
