Job Description

Double Bay Doctors is seeking an approachable, detail‐oriented administrator to support our practitioner team and patients in a friendly, supportive workplace with training and growth opportunities.

You will liaise with healthcare providers, manage clinical documentation, draft emails and process billings on a part‐time schedule (~20–25 hours/week), with occasional after-hours or weekend shifts. This role offers variety and the chance to contribute to quality patient care.
