About The Role

Hewitt is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead all testing activities for our Business Operating System (BOS) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation. Reporting to the Project Director - ERP, you will establish and manage the testing framework, strategy, governance and execution across the program. Working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project teams and implementation partners, you will ensure solution quality, readiness and confidence ahead of deployment. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office. Given the highly collaborative nature of the ERP program, the successful candidate will work on-site five days per week.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the ERP testing strategy, framework, methodology and governance model.
- Manage end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, integration and data testing.
- Oversee test planning, resource coordination, schedules, environments and test readiness activities.
- Lead defect management, risk assessment, reporting and quality assurance processes using Azure DevOps.
- Provide objective quality reporting and deployment readiness recommendations to project leadership.

About You





You are an experienced testing professional with a strong track record leading testing functions within large ERP or enterprise transformation programs. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability and have a passion for quality, governance and stakeholder engagement. You are comfortable influencing senior leaders, managing complex testing environments and driving outcomes across multiple workstreams. Experience within supply chain, manufacturing, agriculture or FMCG environments will be highly regarded.

You Will Bring

- Extensive experience leading testing for large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience establishing testing frameworks, governance models and quality assurance processes.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps, test traceability, defect management and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, preferably supported by ISTQB certification or equivalent experience.
