About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Manager based out of our CoburgBranch to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager VIC/SA/WA.

Responsibilities

- Maximise fleet utilisation within the branch through building and maintaining local commercial relationships
- Engage in business development initiatives
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Manage maintenance, servicing and other requirements to maintain commercial fleet Encourage team members, including communicating team goals.
- Control expenditure and budgets for branch
- WH&S; and facilities management (maintenance, repair, development, contract review)
- Compliance, administration, and reporting

About You

- History of success, initiative and drive
- Interpersonal skills and situational awareness with a natural ability to appropriately adapt both personal and leadership styles
- Ability to learn new systems and support your team to do the same
- Relationship-building and account management skills
- Excellent analytical and reporting skillsDriven and takes initiative




- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure workplace
- Adaptable within a fast-paced changing environment
- Genuine passion and willingness to exceed customer expectations

Your Experience

- Leadership experience in a small team
- Experience with commercial vehicles/customers (preferred)
- Proven business development and management skills, preferably with commercial clientele or commercial vehicles
- Understanding of operational measures to improve branch operations
- Proven experience providing leadership, direction, support and motivation to team members.

A valid Driver's Licence is required for this role. The successful applicant must also be able to provide a current Traffic History Report prior to commencement.
