Harrow Legal is a growing Sydney-based law firm committed to providing practical, high-quality legal advice and strong representation for our clients.

As part of the continued growth of our firm, we are currently in the midst of relocating to our new office in Ashfield, with the move expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Solicitor to join Harrow Legal on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be given increasing responsibility as their experience and confidence develop.

Key Responsibilities

- Drafting correspondence, legal documents, court documents and other materials;
- Conducting legal research and preparing advice;
- Communicating with clients, other solicitors, barristers, courts and relevant organisations;
- Attending court, conferences, mediations and client meetings where appropriate;
- Reviewing and managing carriage of own ,atters, evidence and supporting documentation;
- Assisting with preparation for hearings and other court proceedings;
- Managing files, deadlines and client correspondence;
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive file notes and records;
- Working collaboratively with solicitors and support staff across the firm; and
- Undertaking other legal work appropriate to the solicitor's level of experience.

About You

- Holds an Australian law degree and is admitted, or eligible for admission, as a solicitor in New South Wales;
- Holds, or is eligible to hold, a current NSW Practising Certificate;
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail;




- Is organised and capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines;
- Has sound legal research and drafting skills;
- Is confident communicating professionally with clients;
- Has a strong work ethic and takes ownership of their work;
- Is willing to learn and receptive to guidance and feedback;
- Can work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team; and
- Is interested in developing a long-term legal career with a growing firm.

Previous experience in a legal practice, whether as a solicitor, graduate, paralegal or law clerk, will be highly regarded but is not essential.
