About the Role

Our client is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to optimize and scale their online advertising efforts in Queenstown . This role is central to driving measurable results through paid search, paid social, and other performance-based marketing channels. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, ongoing analysis, and optimization to achieve key business objectives, such as lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a pivotal opportunity for a highly analytical marketer to make a significant impact on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant channels.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Develop and implement A/B tests for ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.




- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition channels.
- Demonstrated expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major PPC/paid social platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics is essential.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
