Lush is seeking a Trainee Manager for the QVB flagship store in Australia. You will assist the store manager to deliver exceptional customer service, coach a passionate in-store team, and help shape a positive, community-minded shopping experience.
This permanent full time role includes recruiting and upskilling staff, driving sales, and maintaining high merchandising standards while reporting to the Store Manager. Sunday-Thursday with one late night per week.
