We are seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to join our candidate pool for upcoming civil construction projects across the Newcastle, Maitland, and Hunter regions. Successful applicants will support site operations, plant operators, supervisors, and project teams across a variety of civil works.

Mandatory Requirements

- White Card
- Own reliable transport
- Ability to work between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour tasks

Key Responsibilities

- Performing general civil labouring duties across construction sites
- Manual handling of materials, equipment, and tools up to 20kg
- Using basic hand tools and small plant
- Spotting plant and machinery as required
- Assisting with site clean-up and maintaining work areas
- Following site plans, SWMS, and supervisor instructions
- Maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and teamwork

Desirable Skills and Attributes

- Previous civil construction or labouring experience
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to safe work practices
