Southern Health-Santé Sud seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to apply nursing processes across Acute, Transitional, and Home Care settings. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and adherence to skilled standards in a bilingual environment. Travel to regional facilities may be required.

The incumbent must hold CLPNM registration and BLS, plus a valid Class 5 license; employment is in-person with rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends as needed.
