About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and responsive Helpdesk Support Analyst to join their virtual team, supporting operations in Queenstown . This role is pivotal in providing first-line technical support, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems and networks for our employees. You will be the go-to person for technical challenges, offering timely solutions and maintaining a high level of user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, software, and networks.
- Respond to help requests in a timely manner via phone, email, or other electronic channels.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Maintain records of IT support requests, actions taken, and their resolutions.




- Assist with user account management and access permissions.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Analyst or similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- A degree or certification in IT or a related field is preferred.
