About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Operations Analyst to join their team in Queenstown . Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Collaborate with operational teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills to share findings with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with operations management principles and practices.
