Technical Team Leader - Coffee Equipment

We're looking for a Technical Team Leader for our Brisbane branch to guide and develop our in-house and on-road technicians. The role is a flexible mix of workshop and on-road work, and with a very supportive team of people, you'll stay hands-on with the tools.

The role

- Lead by example and build a positive team culture
- Take on your share of workshop and on-road technical work
- Help our Service Job Coordinator prioritise on-road work and urgent in-house jobs
- Support technicians with troubleshooting and problem solving
- Manage parts stock: review usage and par levels, oversee stock takes and order on time

About you

- Strong knowledge of traditional and automatic coffee equipment
- Experience leading or mentoring technicians
- Restricted Electrical Licence (or able to obtain one) and a driver's licence
- Organised, with clear and confident communication
