BOQ Group is seeking an Employee Relations Adviser for a 14 Month Max Term Contract in Brisbane, QLD. You will combine technical ER expertise with stakeholder coaching to deliver fair, compliant guidance across performance, conduct and grievance matters, and workplace investigations.
You will work closely with People & Culture Business Partners and leaders to support change initiatives while building capability and promoting an inclusive workplace culture aligned to BOQ Group’s values.
