About the role

Dark Red Industries is seeking a Factory Worker to join our team at our Kelso, NSW facility. This is a casual position offering flexibility to work on an as-needed basis. As a Factory Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, contributing to the assembly and processing of frames and trusses that meet our high- quality standards. This position is essential to maintaining our production schedules and ensuring operational efficiency across our facility.

What you'll be doing

- Operating machinery and equipment safely in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Assembling and processing components as part of our production line workflows
- Performing quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
- Packaging and labelling finished products for storage or dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including regular cleaning and maintenance of work stations
- Following health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe workplace
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Reporting equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
- Assisting with inventory management and material handling as required

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly work, or factory environments (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to operate machinery safely and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards




- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting items
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual hours as required
- A valid working visa or Australian citizenship (if applicable to your circumstances)
- Willingness to undertake training on company equipment and processes
- Strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace
