Disability Support Worker – Casual – Sutherland Shire

Support children with disabilities in Sutherland Shire working closely with the same families on an ongoing basis — not one-off shifts. Ideal for experienced support workers or retired nurses/healthcare workers moving into disability support; full NDIS induction provided for career changers.

Key responsibilities

- Provide daily personal and community support to children with disabilities
n
- Build trusted, consistent relationships with participants and families
n
- Assist with mobility, personal care, and community access
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
n

About you
n
n
- Current WWCC
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
n
- Background in disability support, nursing, aged care or similar
n
n
