Stroud Homes Mackay is looking for a Sales Contract Administrator to join our growing team

You’ll work with our Sales, Estimating and Construction teams to support clients from initial sales through to contract and construction

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting clients throughout the pre-construction journey
- Preparing sales and pre contract documentation
- Coordinating plans, selections, pricing and client information
- Assisting with colour and product selections
- Managing variations and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating consultants, suppliers and reports
- Supporting a smooth handover from Sales to Pre Construction

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come from a building background. We’re looking for someone who is:





- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Confident and friendly with clients
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- A strong communicator and proactive team member
- Interested in homes, design and the building industry

Interior design experience or qualifications would be highly advantageous, particularly for someone interested in colours, finishes and fixtures

Experience in residential construction, contracts, administration, interior design, or a similar client-focused role would also be highly regarded
