About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior BIM Modeler to join their fully remote team. This position is central to developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for a variety of construction projects, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and efficiency throughout the design and construction phases. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create detailed 3D models and documentation, contributing to clash detection and constructability reviews. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to apply their expertise in a remote-first environment , driving innovation in digital construction practices and collaborating with a national team from the comfort of their home office.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and coordinate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Ensure model accuracy, adherence to BIM standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Perform clash detection and generate reports, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve conflicts.
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans and model development standards.
- Extract information from models for quantity take-offs, scheduling,



and visualization.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM into the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and guidance on BIM software and workflows to project teams.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler , with significant experience in complex projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and workflows.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality models.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for remote work.
