Ideagen is seeking an Account Manager to grow relationships with existing mid-market customers and drive revenue through renewals, upsell and expansion. You will own the full sales lifecycle from onboarding to contract renewal, acting as the main contact and coordinating with internal teams to deliver value across Ideagen's platform suite.

In this hybrid Sydney-based role, you will collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Teams to maximise value, manage negotiations, and stay abreast of product
