Why You?

You have 2-3 years’ experience in payroll processingwithin a large,



multi-site organisation.

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace and understand the complexities of national payroll legislation, PAYG, payroll tax, and long service leave.

You’re tech-savvy, with proficiency in ADP Payforce, Workday HCM, and Microsoft Excel(or similar platforms).

You’re a team player with exceptional attention to detailand a commitment to accuracy.

You enjoy working closely with stakeholders, including People & Culture teams, to provide seamless payroll services.

The Role:

As a Payroll Officer in this organisation, you’ll be responsible for:

- Processing payroll for 2,000+ employeesacross multiple sites nationwide.
- Managing employee records, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Handling end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and compliance reporting.
- Providing payroll-related advice to the business and responding to queries.
- Partnering with internal departments to enhance payroll efficiency.
