The Opportunity

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role supporting the delivery of major projects and advising on high-profile matters across the business. Key Responsibilities

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Providing pragmatic legal advice across project, construction, and energy matters
- Partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and project delivery
- Supporting governance,



compliance, and risk management functions
- Working collaboratively with internal and external specialist advisors

About You

- 3–7 years’ post-admission experience in commercial law (private practice or in-house)
- Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or construction projects will be highly regarded
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
- Commercial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
